Q: What size of cups will fit in the Cup Cozy Pillow?


A: Each cup hole is a slightly different size and goes from 2.5" to 3.5". However, because the cup hole walls expand you can likely fit a cup size of up to 4.5" inches in diameter.

Q: How are shipping costs calculated?

A: We offer FREE standard shipping (2 to 7 business days) on all orders. If you need your order very quickly please upgrade your shipping to expedited.

Q: Is the Cup Cozy Pillow waterproof?

A: The Cup Cozy Pillow is not waterproof. It was designed to prevent spills negating the need to have a waterproof cover. The highly durable fabric does fantastic when used in an outdoor setting such as the park or at the beach. In fact, the only place you can't use it is in the pool! With regular use, you may see some minor dirtiness that can be spot washed. Periodically remove and wash the cover as directed below.

Q: What are Cup Cozy Coasters?

A: Cup Cozy Coasters are the plastic/neoprene object that rests at the bottom of each cup hole. They hold the cup hole fabric material tight and provide a stable surface for your drink to rest on.

Q: Are extra covers available for sale?


A: Yes, we sell extra covers and recommend you purchase an extra one. They come with a set of Cup Cozy Coasters. As new color options are released, you can order a whole new pillow or just the cover. It's your choice!

Q: Do you ship internationally?


A: We currently ship to the following countries outside the USA: Canada, Mexico, UK, Italy, Germany, Japan, France and Spain. By completing an order, international buyers agree to the follow conditions:

1. Any duties and taxes due will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please factor those costs in prior to ordering.
2. Any packages returned to us due to local taxes/duties unpaid will be refunded, but shipping costs will be deducted.
3. International returns are accepted. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Every country has different regulations and restrictions regarding the materials from which a product is made. If any of the materials the Cup Cozy Pillow is made from are not allowed in your country do not purchase.
5. We ship using USPS First Class Package International. Each package is restricted to 4 lbs. Only up to two pillows will fit in the required shipping packaging. If you want to order more than two Cup Cozy Pillows, you will need to do it in separate orders and pay the additional shipping.
6. Please manually select the International Shipping option under the "Shipping Method". Those orders that indicate a international shipping address and do not select the international shipping option may be delayed until the buyer can be contacted and the payment made the cost of shipping your order internationally.  If the buyer cannot be reached via email, then the order will be cancelled.

Q: Are Cup Cozy Pillows available in stores?

A: Cup Cozy Pillows are currently sold only online.

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: We ship the majority of orders using either USPS First Class or Fed Ex Smartpost. Delivery time frame ranges from 2-7 business days. If you need your order faster than that please upgrade your shipping.


Q: How do I wash and care for my Cup Cozy Pillow?


A: To wash the covers, remove the Cup Cozy Coasters from the bottom of each cup hole. Set them aside. Unzip the zipper on the cover to access the foam insert. Remove the foam insert. Wash the cover as you would any other article of clothing. To dry, lay the cover flat to air dry or dry on low heat. Once dry, replace the cover over the foam insert. Replace the Cup Cozy Coasters in their appropriate holes. The  Cup Cozy Coasters can be removed at any time, rinsed with water and air dried.

Q: Help! I've lost the Cup Cozy Coasters. Can I still use my Cup Cozy Pillow?

A: No worries! We sell extra Cup Cozy Coasters on our website. Alternatively, you can buy an extra cover which also comes with a set of Cup Cozy Coasters.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Why would you ever want to return the world's BEST holder? Hehe...Okay, in all seriousness we do accept returns for ANY reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, any shipping expenses paid will not be credited back toward your refund.

Q: What kind of warranty do you provide?

A: We offer a 90 day warranty.
